take, make, create... Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative should options become unavailable.
take, make, create... accepts online payments. Accepted methods of payment are via cheque or BACS transfer payments. Acceptance of client orders and the creation of the legally binding contract between
take, make, create... Ltd and clients will only occur once the payment has been cleared and when the client is sent a "receipt" email, which will confirm the client's order and contain details of what the client has booked and what the client has paid. Alternatively take, make, create Ltd. reserves the right to decline all or part of the client's order for any reason, in which case an email will be sent to the client to give the reason for this.
Refunds are available only where an error has been made on the part of take, make, create... Vouchers are offered as an alternative where refunds are not made.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Workshops, Courses & Gift Vouchers require full amount to be paid upon booking. All private parties require 50% of the final amount to be paid upon confirmation of booking. Remaining monies due must be paid one month prior to the event.
All bookings accepted are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise specified by take, make, create... Ltd.

All Copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) regarding take, make, create... or on www.takemakecreatelondon.com shall remain vested in take, make, create... and the names, images and logos identifying Take Make Create Ltd are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks (registered and unregistered) of Take Make Create Ltd.
